Post show beverage with friends at Central Pa. Arts Fest!
Last night we had yet another great visit to State College, PA for the annual Central Pa. Festival of the Arts! My gratitude to Arts Fest cannot truly be expressed as they have supported my music through bookings year after year. Big shout out to Carol Baney and the rest of the crew at the Arts Fest offices.
Another shout out of gratitude to Mother Nature for not raining all over our show. We had rain most of the way up to the show and ALL the way home from the show…. somehow, it stayed away during our performance.
Finally, a shout out to the great crowd who made a stop at our stage while visiting the Arts Fest. Knowing that there’s so much great art to see and great music to hear, it’s flattering that so many of you would stop by our stage for a listen and chose to stick around for the show. Thank you!
Side note, for my fellow Penn Staters… it made me feel good to see that State College seems to be lifting it’s head and returning to it’s “Happy Valley old self” after all the sheezy that went down one year prior. I recall feeling a cloud of sadness that seemed to hang over the town when we visited last year to perform…thankfully, it’s no longer there. As is the same for so many of us, it’s great to see my home away from home feeling more like home!
